Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Object

These T&C aim to define the rights and obligations regarding the sale of Premium subscriptions in the Partizo app.

2. Service Description

The Partizo app offers free games and additional content accessible via a "Premium" subscription.

3. Pricing and Payment

Payments are managed via the third-party service RevenueCat and processed by your iTunes / Apple or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.

4. Subscription Management

Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

5. Music Excerpts

The app uses the iTunes API to play and search for music excerpts during certain games. The use of these excerpts is subject to Apple's terms of service.
