Game rules

Goal of the game

Recognize the song that's playing: its title, or its artist depending on the setting, among 4 options.

How it works

Each clip lasts 30 seconds. Tap the right answer before the time runs out: the cover, the title and the artist appear, then move on to the next song.

Modes

All together: the group answers together and counts its right answers. Every player or in teams: whoever holds the phone doesn't play. They tap the answer the players suggest: a wrong one is crossed out and the others keep searching. When it's right, they say who found it.

Movies and Disney

In these two themes, you guess the film the song comes from.

End of the game

The score, the records and the list of songs, to listen to again on Apple Music.

Custom game (Premium)

Choose the decades (from the 60s to the 2020s), the language of the songs (French, English, Spanish or Korean), the genres and the difficulty: the app picks the matching songs from its catalogue.

Your playlists (Premium)

Create your own playlists by searching for any song (15 to 100 songs per playlist, up to 20 playlists): perfect for a music quiz about a couple, a group of friends or a themed party.

Frequently asked questions

How many players for a Blindtest?

From 1 player, with no limit. In All together mode the group answers as one; in Every player or in teams, whoever holds the phone is the referee.

How many songs are in a game?

20 or 30 songs, your choice, with 30 seconds per clip: a game lasts 10 to 20 minutes.

Do you need a music subscription?

No. The app plays 30-second clips itself: an internet connection is all you need.

Can you choose the songs?

Themes cover decades, genres, movies and Disney. With Premium, a custom game picks the decades, language, genres and difficulty, and your own playlists make a made-to-measure blindtest.
